Reservations canceled more than 90 days in advance of the event would be entitled to a full refund minus the $15 booking fee included in the registration price.
Reservations canceled between 60 to 90 days before the event would be entitled to a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee per person and the $15 booking fee included in the registration price.
Reservations canceled 30 – 60 days before the event would be entitled to a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per person and the $15 booking fee included in the registration price.
Within 30 days of the event, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered.
