Welcome!

We couldn’t be more excited for our wedding weekend with our closest family and friends! We chose Club Getaway because it allows us to be together to celebrate our wedding with comfortable accommodations for everyone surrounded by beautiful mountains and trees at a private lakeside campground. Cabins are available on-site for everyone to be together for a whole weekend instead of just a few hours in a ballroom.

Cabins

We have arranged for exclusive use of the entire camp for our wedding weekend and hope that you will make your reservation for the entire stay! We’ve planned an exciting schedule filled with all kinds of activities for the adventurous, and for those who just want to relax and chill. We want everyone to stay both nights, however, if for some reason you are only able to stay for one night, please book accordingly, and also let us know if you will be arriving in time for lunch on Saturday at 1:00 pm.

Rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests. Please let us know what room size you will need for the housing assignments. Individuals and couples will be assigned to private rooms and families will be kept together. There are enough cabins to accommodate everyone comfortably. If you have specific room requests – please make note of them in the comments section. All guest rooms have private bathrooms, a/c, and heat. Housekeeping will attend to your room and provide all bedding and room towels.

Pricing

FULL WEEKEND STAY

Arrival begins at 5:30PM Friday, June 26, with departure on Sunday, June 28 by 11:00AM.

The cost for the entire weekend per adult (16+) is $200 – plus 15% tax/service & $15 booking fee

The cost for the entire weekend per child (4-15) is $120 – plus 15% tax/service & $15 booking fee

There is no charge for children under the age of 4

This reservation covers your stay in the cabins. All meals, drinks, activities, and festivities will be provided by the wedding hosts from Friday night dinner through Sunday morning breakfast.

ONE NIGHT STAY

The cost for one night per adult is $125 – plus 15% tax/service & $15 booking fee

The cost for one night per child (4-15) is $75 – plus 15% tax/service & $15 booking fee

There is no charge for children under the age of 4

One night stay includes reception dinner through Sunday morning breakfast.

Payment can either be paid in full using a Credit or Debit Card. Payment installment plans are available through PayPal at checkout. This does require a PayPal account that you would sign into at the checkout screen.

Camp Shuttle

If you are planning to take the Metro North train from Grand Central Station in NYC to Harlem Valley/Wingdale (a New York stop), a complimentary shuttle will be available for transport to Club Getaway. Please  contact Club Getaway (800-643-8292) at least 2 weeks prior to the weekend event so that the office can let you know what time pickups will be available.
