Welcome!
We couldn’t be more excited for our wedding weekend in the Berkshires with our closest family and friends. From the very first time we attended Club Getaway, we knew it would be the perfect setting to celebrate our wedding, and we know you’ll love it just as much as we do!
This page has been created to allow guests to make room reservations online. If you would prefer to reserve by phone, please call Club Getaway directly at 800-643-8292 and reference the Camp Jones Wedding.
Cabins
We have arranged for exclusive use of the entire camp for the duration of our wedding weekend and would love nothing more than for you to join us from beginning to end. In lieu of offering a block of rooms at a hotel, or recommending nearby restaurants for your use during the wedding weekend, everything will happen at Club Getaway!
Our vision for our wedding started with the idea that we wanted our family and friends together not only for our ceremony, but for an entire weekend filled with meaningful time together. We hope you can stay for the full weekend, as we’ve planned an exciting schedule full of family, friends, adventure, dancing, s’mores, and more! We hope you will reserve accommodations for the full weekend. For those only able to attend for one night, a limited number of Saturday-night-only stays have been reserved. If this applies to you, please note your request and anticipated Saturday arrival time in the comments section, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Once all reservations have been received, we will assign you and your party a private cabin. Cabins include between two and five beds. Individuals and couples will be assigned private rooms, and families will be kept together whenever possible. All guest rooms include private bathrooms, air conditioning, heat, bedding, towels, and housekeeping service. While this weekend will capture all the fun of summer camp, we will do our very best to avoid having guests share cabins with other couples or families. Final cabin arrangements will ultimately depend on attendance. If you have specific room requests or would like to request roommates, please include them in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate.
Booking Details
FULL WEEKEND STAY
Friday, October 16th at 5:30 PM – Sunday, October 18th at 11:00AM
● The cost for the entire weekend per adult is $260.
● The cost for the entire weekend per child (age 4-15) is $160.
● Children ages 3 and under stay for free.
All reservations will be subject to a 15% tax and the $15 events.com booking fee.
Your full weekend stay includes all meals and beverages beginning with Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
ONE NIGHT STAY
Saturday, October 17th – Sunday, October 18th at 11:00AM
● The cost for one night per adult is $170.
● The cost for one night per child (age 4-15) is $105.
● Children ages 3 and under stay for free.
All reservations will be subject to a 15% tax and the $15 events.com booking fee.
Your one-night stay includes all meals and beverages beginning with Saturday lunch through Sunday breakfast.
Payment may be made in full using a credit or debit card. Payment installment plans are also available through a linked PayPal account at checkout. Cancellations made more than one month prior to your visit will incur a $75 per person cancellation fee. Within a month of the event, no refunds will be available.
Camp Shuttle
If you plan to take the Metro-North train from Grand Central Station in New York City to the Harlem Valley-Wingdale station, complimentary shuttle transportation to Club Getaway will be available.
Please note your shuttle request in the comments section when making your reservation, and contact Club Getaway directly at 800-643-8292 at least two weeks prior to the wedding weekend so the office can provide available shuttle pickup times.
Please note that shuttle transportation is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Babysitting
Children are invited to attend all Friday evening activities, Saturday daytime activities, and the Wedding Ceremony on Saturday. Please note that the Wedding Reception and After Party on Saturday evening are adults-only.
A children’s dinner will be available for all children on Saturday evening, with the time and location included on the weekend activity schedule.
Childcare is optional on Friday evening after dinner. For the adults-only Wedding Reception and After Party on Saturday evening, families may choose from the following childcare options:
CLUB GETAWAY BABYSITTING
Club Getaway camp counselors are available to provide childcare on Friday and Saturday evenings. Availability is limited, and services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis through Club Getaway. Please email leslie@clubgetaway.com and also mention in “notes” section of your reservations.
The cost is $15 per hour for the first child, plus $5 per hour for each additional child, with a two-hour minimum. Payment is made by the family directly to the sitter.
On Saturday evening, children using Club Getaway babysitting may attend the supervised children’s reception or spend the evening with their counselor in their family’s assigned cabin, depending on age and preference.
BRING YOUR OWN SITTER
Families are also welcome to bring their own sitter. Sitters who will not be participating in camp activities or joining meals may stay in the family’s assigned cabin on Saturday evening at no additional charge.
Children accompanied by their own sitter may attend the children’s dinner, but the supervised children’s reception is reserved for families using Club Getaway babysitting.
