Welcome!

We couldn’t be more excited for our wedding weekend in the Berkshires with our closest family and friends. From the first time we saw Club Getaway we knew it would be the perfect setting to celebrate our wedding, and we know you will love it just as much as we do!

This page has been designed for you to make your room reservations online. If you would prefer to do so via phone, please call Club Getaway directly at 800-643-8292 and reference the Cutler Wedding.

Accommodations

We have arranged for exclusive use of the entire camp for the duration of our wedding weekend and would love nothing more than for you to join us from beginning to end!

While we know that a full wedding weekend might be unusual, we hope that you will make your reservation for the entire stay. We’ve planned an exciting schedule filled with family, friends, adventure, waterfront activities, dancing & s’mores – you won’t want to miss any of it!

For those who are only able to stay for one night, a limited number of Saturday night stays have been reserved – please note your request in the comments section.

We have rooms that accommodate up to 5 guests, so just let us know what room size you will need, as we will be making all housing assignments. Individuals and couples will be assigned to private rooms and families will be kept together. If you have specific room requests – please make note of them in the comments section and we will do our very best to accommodate. All guest rooms have private bathrooms, AC & heat. Housekeeping will attend to your room and Club Getaway will provide all bedding and room towels. You will not be sharing guest rooms or bathrooms with other couples or families.

Pricing

3 NIGHT WEEKEND STAY

Friday, June 12th at 5:30 PM  –  Monday, June 15th at 12:00PM

The cost for the entire weekend per adult is $690

Plus 15% tax and the $15 events.com booking fee.

**3 night stay includes all meals + beverages + alcohol from Friday night through Monday morning breakfast.

2 NIGHT WEEKEND STAY

Friday, June 12th at 5:30 PM  –  Sunday, June 14th

The cost for the entire weekend per adult is $490

Plus 15% tax and the $15 events.com booking fee.

**2 night stay includes all meals + beverages + alcohol from Friday night through Sunday morning breakfast.

1 NIGHT STAY

Saturday, June 13th  –  Sunday, June 14th

The cost for one night per adult is $290

Plus 15% tax and the $15 events.com booking fee.

**1 night stay includes all meals + beverages + alcohol from Saturday through Sunday morning breakfast.

Payment can be made in full using either a Credit or Debit Card. Payment installment plans are available through PayPal at checkout. This does require a PayPal account that you would sign into at the checkout screen.

Cancellation

Guests may request a refund minus the $15 non-refundable booking fee up until May 12th, 2026. You will be given the option to purchase insurance through PROTECHT, which will protect your registration through the start date of the event. Please be sure to review all PROTECHT policies before purchase to ensure you fully understand their coverage plan. If you purchased Event Insurance through PROTECHT you will receive a separate insurance confirmation.*

Camp Shuttle

If you are planning to take the Metro North train from Grand Central Station in NYC to Harlem Valley/Wingdale (it is a New York stop), a complimentary shuttle will be available for transport to Club Getaway. Please note your request in the comments section and then contact Club Getaway (800-643-8292) at least 2 weeks prior to the weekend event so that the office can let you know what time train pickups will be available. This is available on a first come first serve basis.
